SLIM LINE CASE ONLINE ORDERING REFUND and RETURN POLICY

Acceptance of Terms

Slimlinecase.com reserves the right to accept or reject any and all orders, regardless of the manner in which the order is made. Slimlinecase.com reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you.

REFUND POLICY

●      In the unlikely event that we send you a product that is not as you ordered, we will replace it free of charge, including shipping costs.

●      Contact Slim Line Case Co., Inc.at andy@slimlinecase.com to ensure that returning the product is available.

●      We will accept returns for credit on new in stock items.

●      Custom cutouts and personalized items cannot be returned.

●      Laundered and hemmed merchandise are not eligible for returns.

RETURNS

In order for your return to be accepted, we ask that you follow these steps:

●      You must return the item within 30 days days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier.

●      Please use your order number as a Return Authorization Number (RA)

●      The item must be in brand-new, unused condition.

●      Items that we shipped as ordered are to be shipped at your cost to the location provided on the return.

●      Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will not be credited. You will be charged for the second shipping if the address you entered was incorrect.
